Avidin and streptavidin reagents are powerful tools to detect or purify biotinylated proteins, nucleic acids, and other macromolecules.Vector Laboratories enzyme-conjugated avidin and streptavidin are produced with the highest specific activity enzymes in optimal ratioses. Specific covalent linkages are chosen to provide stable, highly active conjugates.These enzyme conjugates are suitable for use in solid-phase assays, tissue/cell staining systems, and blotting applications.

推荐稀释度:
The recommended dilution for use is 1:200 to 1:1000.(1-5µg/ml).
Storage of dilute solutions of the enzyme conjugate is not recommended.To avoid adsorption or denaturing of the enzyme conjugate, dilutions may
be made in 10 mM HEPES, 0.15 M NaCl, pH 7.5, containing 0.1mg/ml immunohistochemical grade bovine serum albumin (Catalog No. SP-5050).DO NOT USE FRACTION V GRADE BSA.
