PuroSPIN™ 96-Well Filter Plate for Removal of Insoluble Particles is designed to provide a fast and reliable way of removing insoluble particles, PCR, qPCR and RT-PCR inhibitors during purification of genomic DNA, RNA or plasmid DNA.
Specifications:
- Rapid and convenient method of clearing the lysate from insoluble particles during isolation of DNA or RNA samples.
- Improved yields and quality of purified DNA or RNA comparing to traditional methods.
- The plate format allows the user to process up to 96 samples simultaneously.
- Processing can be done via centrifugation or vaccuum.
